In the latest trailer, Respawn Entertainment and EA have officially announced the content that will be featured in Season 17 of Apex Legends.
Titled “Arsenal,” Apex Legends will introduce a new hero or legend named Ballistic as a new addition to the Apex Games.
Apex Legends Officially Reveals Ballistic
The latest trailer explains that Ballistic is a retired legend from the Thunderdome Games, a pre-Apex Apex Games in Apex Legends.
Ballistic’s achievements led him to lose everything due to an incident at the Thunderdome Games, leaving behind his son and wife in their inherited mansion.
Upon learning that his son will be participating in the Apex Games and becoming a legend in Apex Legends, Ballistic infiltrates the headquarters of Silva Pharmaceutical and asks Duardo Silva to cancel his son’s participation in the Apex Games.
In the end, Ballistic negotiates and reinstates himself as a legend in Apex Legends and becomes a participant in the Apex Games.
In addition to this information, Respawn Entertainment has also hinted at additional updates for Season 17 of Apex Legends.
Some of these updates include changes to the World’s Edge map, the introduction of Weaponry Mastery, a new Firing Range, and changes to Ranked Matches.
