Bandai Namco has just announced that Emilie de Rochefort, or Lili, will be returning as a familiar character in Tekken 8.
The Monaco Princess will continue to utilize her street fighting and gymnastic style in Tekken 8, as seen in the latest trailer.
Her bond with her beloved cat, Salt, is also showcased by Bandai Namco in Tekken 8 at the end of the trailer.
Lili is Back on Tekken 8
Princess Lili will also have new moves and combos that fans of the series will recognize in Tekken 8.
It is not yet clear if Lili will be a main roster character when Tekken 8 is released, but considering her status as a returning character, it is possible that Bandai Namco will include her as such.
Tekken 8 is currently being developed using Unreal Engine 5 by Bandai Namco, and the release date is still unknown.
The game will bring back the Mishima family drama, with Jun, Kazuya, and Jin reuniting in Tekken 8.
