Melalui E3 2021 Awards Show, Forza Horizon 5 besutan Team 10 Studios terpilih memenangkan penghargaan game yang paling dinanti di acara E3 2021.
E3 2021 Awards Show telah menandai akhir dari acara E3 di tahun 2021. Juri yang terpilih dari partner media E3 telah memberikan game sesuai dengan penghargaannya melalui siaran langsung secara resmi.
Para juri (termasuk editor) E3 2021 Awards Show terdiri dari GameSpot, IGN, IGN China, PC Gamer, GamesRadar+, dan situs game milik Tencent, Game Bonfire.
Xbox & Bethesda Game Showcase terpilih sebagai “Best Presentation” dan “Most Anticipated” dari setiap pertunjukan selama 4 hari.
E3 2021 Awards Show tidak memberikan nominasi kepada Warner Bros. Interactive, Bandai Namco dan 24 Entertainment. Semua penerbit itu mendedikasikan presentasi mereka untuk satu judul saja.
